I'm Franco-Russian, with deep personal ties to Brittany and the Caucasus. Both are places I know well, not just for their landscapes, but for their people, their traditions and the small details that make them feel like home.

I started by looking after our own houses. Over the years, I've learned that caring for a property means much more than keeping it clean or ready for the next arrival. It's knowing the house, noticing when something isn't right, anticipating what needs attention and making sure nothing is overlooked.

I believe owners should always know what's happening in their homes, wherever they happen to be. That's why we put so much care into communication, regular checks and the details that make a real difference.

And when guests arrive, I want them to feel genuinely welcome. A fire ready to light, a recommendation for a favourite bakery, a thoughtful message at just the right moment. Small things, done with care.
