We didn't start as managers. We started as owners. We learned what it takes to earn five stars every time: the right photos, the right words, the right pricing, the right welcome. Now we bring that to a handful of other properties. An agency, but not like the others: we represent the owner toward the tenant, never the other way round. For you: peace of mind and serenity.
Step 1
We visit your property and assess it honestly: its location, its condition, what it could become. If it needs preparing, we'll tell you what it needs.
Step 2
We get it to the level. Styling, photography direction, the listing narrative, amenity upgrades if needed. We work with architects, designers, and photographers we trust.
Step 3
We handle everything. Pricing that adapts to demand, guest vetting, multilingual communication in French, English and Russian, check-in coordination, cleaning, maintenance, quality checks.

Not every home is ready on day one. Some need styling. Some need better photography. Some need a complete rethink of how guests experience the space.
We work with architects, interior designers, and photographers to bring properties up to the standard. From a weekend of staging to a full renovation, we scope it, manage it, and deliver it.

Long-term · year-round letting · MAISONS Gestion
Unfurnished or furnished year-round letting, or a mobility lease, under French law: we find the tenant or welcome the one you chose, then keep the lease, the rent and the file in order, under our MAISONS Gestion brand.

From €39 / month
A monthly fee, depending on the scope; admin only is by quotation.
Every rent notice and every receipt carries a code and a QR code: your tenant, their bank or an agency can check on maisons.co/verify that the document was really issued for you.
For a long-term rental, your tenants have their own space: lease documents, payments, insurance, supporting documents and reports.
No account needed: a fictitious lease, seen by its co-tenant.
Admin only · by quotation
You choose the tenant and keep the relationship, on your own or with an agency handing over the keys. We take the paperwork, from the lease to the yearly charge statement, in a space shared with your tenant. The price depends on the number of leases and what you keep: it is by quotation.
You know your tenant and stay their direct contact.
Viewings, key handover and on-site inventories stay with your agency or someone close; we keep the file.
Year-round letting, unfurnished or furnished, or a mobility lease, under French law.
You keep the relationship with your tenant; we handle the paperwork.
From the rent received and the charges paid, we prepare the amounts to report, box by box, with their source. Nothing is sent to the tax office: you, or your accountant, make the return.
