Your follow-up brings together everything about your property: its condition, reports and photos, work carried out, quotations and documents, and the decisions that are yours to make. Any issue we find is followed through to resolution.

Everything about your property, in one place.

  • The property's condition and history

Each visit adds to the property's history: what was checked, what could not be, and what has changed since last time.

  • Reports and photos

After each visit, a dated report: observations, work completed and any follow-up needed. Photos show what was found; a short video is added when it helps explain.

  • Work carried out

Tradespeople let in, work coordinated, deliveries received: what was done, by whom and when.

  • Quotations and documents

Quotations from tradespeople and partners, and the documents that matter for the property, kept with the rest of your follow-up.

  • The decisions that are yours

Spending is committed with your approval. Every decision we need from you is clearly flagged, with its timing.

  • An issue followed through

An issue stays open until it is resolved: proposal, quotation, approval, work, then a check on site.
