We close the house for the winter, call in every month from November to March and report on every visit, with photos, in your owner space. In spring, we reopen it on a date agreed with you. The service is available now.
What wintering includes
From closing to reopening.
- Closing
- At the start of the season, we close the house following your wintering instructions. Closing is included in both plans.
- Visits from November to March
- One visit a month with Essential Wintering, 5 visits in all; two visits a month with Serenity Wintering, 10 visits in all. Each visit lasts up to 45 minutes and follows your instructions: damp, water points, frost-protection heating, access.
- A report after every visit
- After every visit, a checked report is waiting in your owner space: the checks carried out, the photos and anything we noticed.
- Reopening in spring
- We reopen the house in spring, on a date agreed with you. Reopening is included in both plans.
Closing and reopening
What we check.
Closing and reopening are each our arrival preparation or closing-up service: up to one hour on site, following the wintering instructions agreed with you at set-up. Each one ends with a report with photos.
When we close
- A walk through the agreed rooms and access points, with a visual check
- Water points and heating, following your wintering instructions
- Temperature and humidity readings
- Windows, doors and access points closed, then checked
- A visual check of outside areas and the pool
- Collecting the post
When we reopen
- Opening up and airing, according to your instructions and the weather

Cleaning, linen and shopping are charged separately. Winterising a pool and putting it back into service are done with our partner pool specialist, by quotation. Repairs are not included.

Two plans for the full season.
- Essential WinteringOne visit a month from November to March, 5 visits in all. Closing and reopening included, a report with photos after every visit.
- €635VAT included, full season
- Serenity WinteringTwo visits a month from November to March, 10 visits in all. Closing and reopening included, a report with photos after every visit.
- €935VAT included, full season
Set-up fee: €120. It covers opening your file: access, equipment, instructions, contacts, visit protocol and spending approvals. Waived for a subscription made on or before 30 November 2026.

During the season
Subscribing once winter has begun.
- Only the follow-up months still to come are charged, at the monthly price of the ongoing care plan that matches your plan.
- Closing and reopening are added only if they are actually planned.
- A part month is priced by a specific quotation.
- A service that has not been carried out is never charged retroactively.
Example: starting on 1 January, no closing, with reopening
- Essential Wintering: 3 months of follow-up at €89 a month and reopening at €95, €362 in all.
- Serenity Wintering: 3 months of follow-up at €149 a month and reopening at €95, €542 in all.

We suggest a solution
A proposal, with a quotation when work is needed.
Nothing happens without your approval
You accept, decline or postpone from your space. No work is started before you answer.
On request
Extras, only when you ask for them.

An extra visit or a job during the winter can be requested from your owner space or by writing to us. On-request services and their prices are published on the Services and prices page.

Visits after a storm or severe weather are not included in wintering: none is automatic, and each one is charged. A visit is made at your request, or on our recommendation with your agreement, at the price of an extra visit on our price list. We promise neither an immediate response nor an absolute guarantee: the visit is arranged according to access to the house and safety on site.
