Showing your home at its best
A visit helps identify useful improvements to comfort, equipment, upkeep and presentation. You receive prioritised recommendations and an indicative budget. We can provide a separate proposal to coordinate the work.

Presentation photography and video by quotation, separate from the follow-up pictures attached to reports.
For let properties, the review also covers positioning and day-to-day operation within the agreed scope. Specialist assessments are referred to the relevant professional.

A boat trip, a private chef, local producers, an arrival hamper: our local partners, for you and for your guests. Availability and price confirmed with each request.

Annual programme, set out after we visit your home
Pool & garden care
Care is tailored to your pool, its equipment and the times you use it. We coordinate regular maintenance, seasonal opening and winterising with a pool specialist. Your programme sets out visits, work and supplies.
During property visits, we carry out a visual check of the pool and its equipment. Technical maintenance is handled with our partner pool specialist, at a frequency set for each pool, independently of your property visits.
Garden and grounds
Gardens and grounds follow the same approach, with a programme and visits set out in your quotation.
